Hello all

We have been asked to circulate information about an event to people who have been involved with us.

It aims to get feedback from people on how services worked for them and how they might in the future better meet people’s needs. it will take place in central London on Thursday 11th December from 10.30 - 4.00pm and involves people affected by lung, breast and bowel cancer.

If you are interested private message me and I can email you the flier, or contact the team on the following number Tel: 0114 201 3025

Best wishes

Lorraine

Sorry will be unable to attend. A really good idea to air our opinions and concerns.

I have just completed a questionnaire from the hospital

I attend.
