New chemo

I start a new chemo regime on Monday to try to hold my cancer at bay. I am having four, three week cycles of GemCarbo. The drugs are gemcitobine and carboplatin. Has anyone had this combination and how did it affect you, what were the side effects and any tips? I know everyone reacts differently but it would be good to know how others have faired. Thanks

Jenny
