As long as the symptoms don’t persist (which would indicate an infection) then a cream such as Derma Cool 5% Forte might help, as would keeping a damp flannel in the fridge, for topical application for instant relief.

Hi, I had thus itchy leg problem, in the same area as you, before my Lymphoedema started. At bedtime I wash my lower legs with warm water, pat them dry and apply my cream straight away ( prescribed ULTRABASE CREAM) I wear long legged pj's to help keep the cream off my bedding. I find that works for me.

I have used a cold flannel as well and found that effective when the itching has started during the day.

Good luck! 😊
