Anyone have a link to a spreadsheet to measure volume

My nurse uses a spreadsheet to measure the difference in volume between limbs and I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get something similar. I found one at riskcalc.org/BreastCancerAr... but it's not detailed enough as it only measures 6 places.

I tried doing up my own spreadsheet but have no idea if it's correctly measuring volume.

Any reason why you want to measure yourself, or is it just to keep an eye on changes? Do you have someone who can take the measurements for you?

I’m doing daily bandages myself and I’d like to be able to see if there is a definite reduction in overall volume. I generally measure my arms daily but sometimes the wrists are bigger and forearm smaller and visa-versa. I’d like to be able to see a % reduction overall.
