Eventually - but it may take weeks.

Are you still on antibiotics? 14 days is the recommended regime - any less can leave you open to recurrence. Do you have lymphoedema?

It should go away but in the meantime you should keep your feet and lower legs well moisturised, as the skin texture can change when you have had cellulitis. You could use Derma base, Epaderm, Hydromol anything non perfumed. Even petroleum jelly is good as they all even out the skin tone and feed the skin moisture which it will need to avoid changing and cracking, particularly if you have any folds near the ankles and between your toes. Do you have Lymphoedema in one or more of the affected feet and legs? If you have browse the site and you will find information out that could help you.
