hi,

I just wash, by hand, in either a little washing up liquid , or washing powder. let them dry naturall.

I have actually washed them in the washing machine, on a low setting, and they come out fine

I have two armsleeves and just wash through with warm water every night then once a week in washing machine with regular wash at 40 degrees in a laundry bag. I hang mine over a towel over a radiator in the bedroom so it has 24 + hours to dry. I found that only having one sleeve meant it didn't dry overnight properly x
