Hi Lynne,thanks,hope youre doing well also.

I'm trying lots of stuff to try to help with swollen ankles and knees. Hot/ cold showers,exercise,massaging with ginger essential oil,following a special video,keeping moving ..any tip i will try! all to try to get things flowing! Still awaiting appt and diagnosis,seeing my doc again later in the week. X

Hi Stella, I know it's unreal. I've emailed lymphedemia specialist twice & they still haven't received my referral. Two doctors have said they sent it so after Easter I'll try get appointment with gp to see what's going on x
