Aching legs

lately the back of my legs from my ankle to mid calf are aching in the morning on both legs. It just feels really tight like cramp but it isn't, does anybody else gets this feeling ? Claire

yes constantly it's worse in my right leg that the left.it's the same with cramps in my right foot will be saying to my lymphodema nurse when I get an appointment through my last one was for last Friday and have not had a phone call Or letter with a new appointment x
