Hi beadnellann - thanks for your reply. Mine is in my right arm and hand and since I'm right-handed it can lead to quite a few problems at times. I wear a full length compression sleeve with attached glove section with half-fingers. I do self massage twice a day and I see a Lymphoedema Nurse Specialist two to three times a year.
