Would it help to rub a bag of peas, or chiropractic ice pack over the compression stocking? i know its only short term, but it could perk you up periodically.

Dont apply them to naked skin tho as they will burn. Sorry you are feeling low....and that was bad luck with the mrsa.

I know it gets ridiculously hot but this is the most needy time for compression. I have suffered my way through 23 aussie summers in compression pantyhose so know where you are coming from. When its humid you are sure you will melt but you are a strong woman and you wont! I sometimes resort to wet bath towels draped on legs or the local shops or library are always cooler. Chin up you are not alone:)

Hi Fitty

Sounds a little odd I know but lots of our members find that outing your compression garment in the fridge overnight, then putting it on first thing and through the day spraying it with water through the day really helps
