Make sure you have an asthma action plan. Make sure your emergency inhaler or nebulizer is ready to go. Take your emergency inhalers everywhere. I have one in my bedroom and one in my purse. Make sure you also have your maintence inhaler with you at all times. Again, I have one in my bedroom and one in my purse. Talk to your doctor about your asthma. Make sure you write down all your concerns and questions. Ask your doctor if there are other options to help your asthma. Fir example allergy shots.

Thank you!!! I read about emergency pack on posts here and was clueless as to what it should contain!

Please share what you know it should hold.

Thanks!
