Hi im new to this site. I suffer with anxioty and bad depression i wake up with such bad anxioty i shoot up out of bed and cannot settle anywhere i feel trapped like i need to excape. I have worked all my life as a chef i had a terrible back ach back in aprill i got mri scan revealed i got spine sinoses and signs of cipd ive had ro stop.living and cannot go to work i feel like ive been plunged into this deep hole i cannot escape from. Im struggling to keep things together right now thankyou
