Been feeling really anxious since yesterday, had a panic attack I think and I havnt had one of them in a while, it was horrible, since that it’s been coming in waves and I can’t seem to shake this feeling off, I’ve been up half the night, I’ve tried to keep myself busy but I just keep feeling really uneasy and sick to my stomach that something bad is going to happen, like I want to burst into tears and I don’t even no why, I feel stupid! Fed up
