Hi everyone! So I think I need to have a rant and need some reassurance....so I got my anxiety under control (mine is always health anxiety related!) anyway...I have pulled my chest muscles lifting weights in the garage which is really horrible as it’s in your chest and no one likes chest pains!! Anyway....so this has spiked my anxiety and now I am just getting prickly nerve pains in random places throughout my body!! Which I have had in the past so this isn’t new! Obviously this is setting me off again and I just wanted to know if anyone else gets this? And another question is..,is this something you should get checked out even when completely well & fit?! I even feel it’s probably psychological but you never know!! See....health anxiety again!!!🤦🏼♀️😫 thank you!

Hi! I’ve had similar stuff, especially when I used to lift. Later when I was playing tons of racquetball and after awhile tournament pickleball I was always hurting from something...and generally always had some level of anxiety about it, too. I also have Afib so playing competitive sports and getting somewhat dehydrated would trigger Afib incidents and I got scared / anxious enough that I pulled out of at least three tournaments in the middle of matches, which I hated doing. I don’t think I needed to be that anxious, even about the Afib, as I was on controlling medications...but as I got more worked up about it I got worse, my breathing got screwed up and then it was all downhill. So not an exact comparison with yours but I can understand where you’re coming from. Blessings.
