Could it be my tinnitus that is causing my anxiety. I believe I was offered help at the time but foolishly turned it down. It was something small to wear in my ear.

Lots of things can set of anxiety, physical, external stresses like holiday or work stress, anything really! So if your tinnitus bothers you then maybe it's contributing.

If there is help available it's worth asking for it again. Doctors don't take it personally. The NHS have to help you even if you didn't want it at some previous point!
