Hello
I think we are all that suffer with anxiety or most of us are very anxious at the moment and very tuned in to our bodies and what we feel to
Our bodies are full of nerves which I can imagine we are feeling very tense and those muscles and nerves are tense giving out pain and sensations we never had before , I know mine is
Try going on You Tube and putting in Deep relaxation for anxiety and try following some of the techniques as there are so many on there and see if that helps
Know you are not alone and I think when the world feels more as we knew it again these things you feel may possibly go as quick as they came
hi you're not alone when I'm anxious I get all sorts of pains and go very hot and then very cold. It's the anxiety itself - when I'm absorbed in some task (even if it is browsing desperately to find somewhere to get some right-size clohthes for my kids!) I realise I haven't felt any of the horrible symptoms.
I agree that you should seek out some relaxation - Headspace is the app I use and there are free options.
if you feel like the anxiety is too much then talk to your doctor. There is help and support available.
And also, though I resisted this for years because I never thought it would do anything, going for a walk every day really does help. At the moment I take a route where I don't have to be dodging people (I find it too stressful worrying about keeping 2m away!) but just half an hour of steady plodding up the road and back does seem to re-set my brain and make my feel better.
Oh and personally, I cut back on caffeine. This isn't the same for everyone but it really makes me feel hyped up and stops me sleeping at night. I haven't given it up completely but when my anxiety was at its worst I did go cold turkey and it really helped.
