Has anyone experienced a pulsating above their right ear due to stress/anxiety? Feels a bit like a spasm at times too.

Yes I have had this often , please don't worry , it will go again :-)

Not sure what causes it maybe anxiety but personally I have never heard of it been anything serious and it has never harmed me :-)
