Anyone experience pains in their left arm almost like an ache and then their arm/hand going numb/tingly? Keeps happening on and off for past few weeks and setting anxiety off convincing myself I’m having a heart attack but only 20 years old.

Hello :-)

I agree at your age the chances of a heart attack are next to nothing and to be honest even though I am not a Doctor I think you would be having more symptoms by now

It could be something simple like a trap nerve , repetitive strain , all things like this can cause these feelings

If it keeps happening not that I think it is anything serious but to put your mind at rest just ask your Doctor :-)

Take Care x

Yes I had that...caused by my Anxiety. It’s completely freaked me out! And made my anxiety worse as I was then worrying about it!
