My body transformation after 1 month of Muay Thai and Gym. Just started the Couch to 5K Yesterday. Picture on left is me January 1st, Picture on Right is me taken on 2nd February.

Nice duude siiick improvement! And some Muay Thai art to complement, be proud of that man... those are shit problems to deal with but by the looks of it it drives you to get stronger! Heros like you keep me believing! Keep on keeping on!
