I wanna say how proud I am of every single one of you who are suffering and trying to get through these bad times.. I know it’s very hard, we need to take a day for ourselves to collect.. YOU ARE STRONG, WONDERFUL, WORTHY, and BEAUTIFUL in every and any aspect that this life brings and we WILL win. Have a good rest your day/night.

Nice post Balloon5 :-)

I also hope that even though it is National MH Day that people will remember for those suffering it is not just one day but can be 365 days a year , so don't just reach out today but reach out where ever you can every day , just letting someone know you are listening and care can mean so much :-)

Hope you are keeping as well as you can be :-)

Take Care x
