Has a need to compete over everything with someone always driven anyone crazy? My stress seems to come from this. A perfectionist problem? Or OCD? Havnt been to a psychiatrist yet. But I think I should.

I completely understand what you mean, as I’ve experienced the same frustration. I really struggled with this while driving, and even in the grocery store! I admire your willingness to be honest with yourself, acknowledging that it’s a problem and seeking ways to address it. From my experience, it’s always good to talk to someone about your problems, whether it be a family member, friend or psychiatrist. The important thing to remember is that you’re not the only one who struggles with this, and you’re not alone in the struggle.
