Do we have some sort of chat 24/7 for this group ,where we can log on and text in real time?
Chat group: Do we have some sort of chat... - Living with Anxiety
Chat group
Hello MamasBlue
I suppose we are already a chat group but not many come on and chat as such it is a quite group if anything
Not sure I get what you mean in real time ?
We are in the UK , USA and other parts of the world so sometimes we all come on at different times
I try and start posts of in hope people will come along and talk but few do but always someone around to reply if you need a listening ear
Take Care x
I guess instead of a board like this where I only get email responses, more like a chat group/room where people are logged on and off during the day/night. So there is always someone to talk to, a distraction of sorts for some like myself.
If you just keep coming on the Community you can see new posts and your little bell should light up if you have replies
Members can come on here day and night and talk but don't seem to so not sure if a chat room would get any more response
To have a chat room then you would have to set one up away from Health Unlocked and oversee it but if you had the time to do it and was prepared to Admin it and deal with any issues that may occur there is nothing stopping anyone from doing that if they liked but Health Unlocked does not have chat rooms or sets them up on this board we use x
Don’t think so.....
This is the best thing since sliced bread. I bought 60 Derwent pencils and at least five books and when I’m colouring in, for some unknown reason my anxiety just disappears. Really and truely, it’s magical...I get so stuck into the colours I’m using I forget everything else...please try it.

I swear by it.......
I can never tell if someone is being real about those things when they put up links like that. I paint rocks. That works for me and I can buy coloring books for adults near my house. Thank you for the suggestion though but different things work for different people. Still trying to find my zen.
