Hi I suffer from Macular Degeneration and this has go me terrible anxiety and stress. Anyway last week I went to the doctor who found which what most probably is an innocent heart murmur. From that day onwards I am having a lot of chest tightness? Feeling like there is a lump in my throat when there is nothing wrong, also thinking about how I am swallowing and cant swallow properly the more I think about it. Has anyone experienced this? I take xanax for panic attacks and the moment I take xanax symptoms get a little bit better
