Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well.

We are at that time of year where the days are just getting shorter and shorter! As we are getting busier and more stressed out leading to Christmas, it's important to take a step back and evaluate.

Organise your day and make time for yourself. It's the best way to avoid getting overwhelmed.

Practise Mindfulness. Go to sleep with a happy and tranquil mind.

I’m bad at planning my day and it all depends on my mood what I want to do when I have to be flexible. No matter what I am doing though I love to be mindful in hard work, in rest, during conversations, in my day dreaming and in my prayers.
