Pregnant with anxiety

Hi. I was wondering have any of you been pregnant while suffering with anxiety? If so how was the symptoms did it get worst with pregnancy ?

Are you pregnant or thinking about getting pregnant ?

If you are then Congratulations and if not then my advise would be get your anxiety under control before you do so you can enjoy to the fullest what is the most wonderful experience

As for answering your question and I can only speak for myself , anxiety for some can get worse , for some they may start worrying about the baby , how they will cope etc but even if it does make you that way you find an inner strength and cope because you know you are responsible for that little life

I have heard others say their anxiety got better as they had something else to focus on which distracted them from their anxiety

I think it all depends but which ever way you pull through

Thinking bout getting pregnant but I don’t know if I could deal because of my anxiety... but you’re right I think it’s better if I get my anxiety under control first. Thank you

There is I can imagine plenty of time for you to start a family , there maybe never an exact perfect time as life is never perfect , but I think it is wise to try and be in the best place you can when you do , so yes maybe right choice to put the thought on hold , just for now x

Hi friend, I have not suffered from anxiety with any of my pregnancies. But if I ever felt any negative feelings, I would always pray and meditate on bible verses. Those were my keys to beautiful pregnancies and deliveries. Have you tried praying? If you're suffering during your pregnancy, I will certainly pray for you!
