Hey everyone

I haven’t been on this in ages but just wanted to write and say thank you for all the support I received a few months back when I was suffering really bad with severe anxiety. This community was a great help and I am doing much better since. I don’t get the time to come on as often as I would like but I do try pop on e every now and then.

Anyway I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that helped and well done and keep up the great work ye do to everyone who replies and helps people on here daily..

What did you do that helped if you don't mind me asking ?

Lovely to here from you☺️

I went on lexapro for a few weeks and when I started to feel better I weaned myself off them and have been doing much better since.

Now I still get bad days with anxiety but I’m able to cope with it better and function normally again..honestly I never thought I would get this far..I think I just accepted the anxiety along with the symptoms and don’t let them bother me like they used to before. I think accepting it was te best thing I could of done.

Thank you for all your advice you are truly doing a wonderful job.

I am fairly new to the site and agree with you that the support is amazing.

That’s such good news to hear that you are doing much better now

Lulu does an amazing job welcoming each new member and answering every post, as do others offer lots of great support and advice

I have to agree lulu does an amazing job welcoming new comers and she has great advice also..as do the others that are so helpful with their replies.

This community was a life savers through my worst times.
