There is a way out

Often we want a magic solution to make it go away but we fall into the trap of using effort improperly. We need to STOP having anxiety about our anxiety. We need to STOP exacerbating our suffering and give ourselves the best chance at recovery. I've learned a way to do this and it's called mindfulness therapy. It's cheap therapy that you can do yourself. There is a lot of free support and guidance online. Google this search term "mindfulness for anxiety" or "mindfulness for depression" Here are 2 links to start you out then you can go from there. Practice everyday. Good luck ✌️😎
