Has anyone tried it? Has it helped with any of your anxiety symptoms? Pros? Cons?

Hello :-)

Never really come across this before so had to go and have a quick look at what it was :-)

Would be interesting to see if anyone had tried it , there was some mixed reviews on Holland and Barrett about how it worked , sometimes I think what works for some may not have the same effect for others and as long as it is safe to use then maybe we have to try it to see if it helps :-)

Let us know if you do try it and if it helped you :-)

Take Care x

I have been trying it for about a week. Not a very high dose of it. 3-4 drops twice a day of 350mg. I am not sure if it has made a difference with my anxiety as it still comes, but I have noticed I sleep better. It does give me some pretty strange dreams, but not as strange and vivid as some of the prescribed meds have given me in the past.

So I do plan to keep at it to see what happens and am also considering a higher dose. My worries about the higher dose is I’ve read it can cause a false positive on a drug test.

So I was curious about other people’s experience with it.

Hello :-)

O right well I would be careful about increasing the dose them maybe speak with your Doctor or the chemist about the increase

I know these things we feel are natural we are use but we still have to watch what we are doing with them :-)

Good luck and if you have time update us how you are getting on :-) x

Hi there ~ I have heard about cbd products but have never tried any. It is said they can help with pain and also anxiety. You can buy cbd water as well. As lulu says tho seek advice about increasing your dose.

Let us know how you get on ~ it will be interesting to find out if it helps in any way. 😊

I had an appointment and decided against it as I drove a special needs bus but I left my job after almost 5 years on Monday because of aniexty so I’m thinking of going to talk with them again. I’m thinking of drops you just add to water or juice it doesn’t give you that high feeling cause they take out thc that makes you high. I don’t want that feeling never had it before never tried drugs

I have been taking cbd oil at 5oomg in drops under the tongue and all the legal oils have had the thc taken out. I was taking it for anxiety and osteoarthritis. It definitely worked on the anxiety but not so much for the osteoarthritis. I was getting it from cbd brothers website who also have a pdf booklet on it. Which is free and explains a lot of things about it. Like vaping it works better for pain than the drops but the drops work better for anxiety. I have stopped in the last few weeks as I have been getting chronic ingestion which won't go away even though I was taking omeprazole, Buscapan gavison and Rennies and I wanted to see if it was the cbd oil that was doing it. In which case I might try vaping it as it was working
