Feel Spaced Out

I’ve been feeling like I get really spaced out when typing or looking at my faces reflection etc it’s almost like my eyes aren’t seeing anything at all just feels uncomfortable and feels like I’m not actually typing or doing anything. Can anyone relate to this? Is it part of Derealization? Thank You

Hi there not sure about derealization I've honestly never had anything like this. But could all stem from anxiety that can play awful tricks on us.I hope someone in our community can help you out and maybe give you a bit more support. Wishing you well and a peaceful wknd 🙂

Hi, Thank you for your reply

I appreciate it 😊 I get it quite often so I’m sure it’s anxiety. Thanks I hope you have a nice weekend too xx

I get this if I focus on something too long.

It is a bit like going into a trance, have had this since childhood and am now a pensioner so nothing to worry about.
