Stomach cramps and diarrhoea

I have got terrible stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Can someone please relate and tell me what it could be.

Sorry you are not feeling so great at the moment

This sounds like it could be a bug you have caught and usually they will last 24 /48 hours and you feel better then but if not then you need to seek medical advise

In the meantime , try and drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest

I am sure you will be feeling better soon but let us know how you get on
