i been having anxiety all day and feeling short of breathe each on to where im holding my pulse an freaking out

I always do this and make myself 100x worse by keep checking my pulse. But it helps me when I breath really slow and then you can feel your heart rate going down. However it can make the anxiety a lot lot worse. Just accept that it is another anxiety attack and you will get through it just like you have all of the rest. It's so so so scary to go through I wouldn't wish it on a worst enemy x

i always hold my pulse or chest and pace, i been having bad weeks and so scared any more
