Feeling tired

I started limiting sugar and I'm eating very healthy. Imy used to eating a lot of refined sugars (sugars not found in fruit such as candy, muffins l, etc) is it normal to feel tired because I'm depriving myself of the sugar? Also I'm finally getting on a consistent sleep schedule . I feel better but just tired

How long will it take my mind and body to get used to these positive changes ?:)
