okay so just lately I've been having really bad anxiety and experiencing panic attacks more than usual and lately I've been feeling pain in my abdomen and been feeling kinda nauseous and I'm either constipated or I have diarrhea, is this normal?

Yes its the unfortunate physical symptoms of anxiety. It can cause upset stomach , in many forms, dizziness, heart palpations, sweating, trembling, headaches, just a general unwell feeling. And the more frequent your anxiety and\panic attacks you'll probably notice more aches and Symptoms.

Get well xo
