I don't feel stressed or worry so why as my anxiety come by do n e as this problem I thought u only get anxiety wen u worry or stressed

Ive learned that anxiety can hit you at any time. Ive had anxiety for over ten years and sometimes it hits me out of nowhere. I can be perfectly fine, everything going good in my life, then all the sudden it hits.

Yes like me one day I gd next day. Anxiety grinding teeth foggy head blocked ears etc

Yea, unfortunately anxiety can creep up on us at anytime. It can be very frustrating especially when you cant figure out why the anxiety is there.
