Advice please on propranolol

Hi All

please can anyone tell me how they feel taking PROPRANOLOL ??? Do they work ???

Any side effects with them ??

I feel calmer on Propranolol because my heart doesn't seem to almost explode and my hands don't sweat. I feel more relaxed in certain situations that I used to dread, but I still need to push myself to deal with those situations. It hasn't removed the anxiety as such!

I also feel much better taking three (40mg) per day, rather than the slow release (80mg) tablet.

Not sure if that's a placebo effect though.

I haven't noticed any side effects as yet, but as I have quite a few other things going wrong health-wise its kinda hard to judge hehe :)

I personally couldn,t take these ,they gave me headaches but everyone is differant ,hope this helps ,
