Everyday I wake up and the first thing on my mind is am I going to throw up to day Ifeel sick all the time and iit's getting me really down am I ill or is anxiety trying to kill me

:( I'm sorry you feel so awful this post could of been written by Me i constantly feel like this if its not one thing it's another. Truth is Hun it's not trying to kill you this is just the effects of anxiety and as much as it is awful and sucks (I know it's ruined my life) it does get easier and you are ok. Our clever minds just working over time. I hope you feel better soon stay strong Hun

It wont kill you. 12 months ago I could have written your post. Ill I wanted to do was give up because I couldn't stand feeling like that. Luckily I sought help from my GP and did CBT and today I am 90% better. I still get anxious from time to time but I know how to control it.
