Feeling anxious

Does anyone please tell me suffer with loads of mucous down bk of throat and lots of extra saliva in mouth it feels as if im.choking. On this stuff is it anxiety or could it be something else

I've been dealing with anxiety for 15 years and this symptom really presented itself to me this summer when my anxiety was very high. Still does some days. Stress can cause soooo many symptoms, including extra mucous production. Could be post nasal drip or GERD. you may have had this to a degree before but never noticed it until now as it got worse.

Rest assured, likely nothing to worry about. Stay hydrated and let it go. The more you worry about it, the worse it can feel. I've been there so let's both have a laugh about it together :)

Thanks so much for your replyvhope it passes. Soon.as o feel as if im choking on it it's phlegm. In neck and lots of thick saliva in mouth I can actually feel it dripping down neck but thanks anyways
