Staring and anxiety

Does anyone with anxiety start staring fir no reason! It's scaring me and giving me real bad headaches !! Is it normal ? What does it mean ???

Hey with my anxiety I just have trouble breathing and sometime insomnia I dunno if ur suffering a different one from me cuz I always think the worst with mine

I can feel fine and then bang! the anxiety hits me for no reason at all.

Sometimes I can work backwards and see where the tension came from, but other times I can't see any reason that could've sparked it off.

Hot sunny weather is one of my triggers which will make me anxious. I feel so much better in the the autumn and winter than the summer.
