Been trying to upload photos on this site but to no avail. Whenever I click on an image from my pictures site, I just get an error message. I would be grateful if anybody out there could help.

Hello

Sounds like you are doing everything right if your pictures you want to put on are already in your photo's on your laptop

Only thing I could suggest is I know sometimes depending what we are using i.e Laptop , phone etc some can struggle more with one device than another in been successful , I always use my laptop when doing the pics

At the bottom of your page you will see " Support " click on that and to the right it says email us ....Think it might come up with options and it would be Technical support you want or if that is not an option just fill it in and explain what is happening , someone from HU should get back to you
