Advice please work issues

Hi where I work something is training to be a manager and today they were in charge for a bit and normally there nice but when ever they are managing it there really horrible just to me by telling me what to do

Hello

I can see this would maybe be a difficult situation as one minute these people are equal colleagues the next they have more responsibility & this could be either going to their heads a little or it could be just a case that with more responsibility they may be panicking a little to make sure things get done correctly & it is coming out in their attitude

Maybe others feel the same as you but when we have anxiety we are extra sensitive so will notice it a lot more

If you do feel they are over stepping the line however could you speak to a manager & let them know how you feel ?

No one should be made to feel they are not been respected no matter what their role is

See how it goes but if it gets to much speak up , you are just as good as they are :-)
