Hi everyone! I am doing my own head in again, I've got a sore shoulder (right shoulder) and arm muscles hurt too. I've been doing some heavy lifting over the last few days but I do worry. I know it's down to the heavy lifting but my mind isn't believing that! Can this happen with anxiety or is it down to heavy lifting??!

I sometimes pull a muscle in the gym then when it hurts worry it's something else.
All part of the health anxiety fun I'm afraid.
