I hate this anxiety cause I never know if I'm really sick or it's just my anxiety. I get sick to my stomach even thinking of the possibility of getting sick makes me have super bad anxiety.

My anxiety is awful.
Same for me...I get the same way. It makes me angry that anxiety can control me that way. I try to do things to distract myself and I chew peppermint gum. Peppermint really helps sooth the stomach. Of course there are other things that help like ginger but peppermint tea or gum just does the trick fore. My stomach settles and my mind follows. The anxiety eases too. Hope thisight help you too.

Anxiety can make you feel physically ill & most of the time it is anxiety causing the sickness feeling
I have read you have been given medication ?
Do you feel this is helping as it may be worth going back to see your doctor & discussing how bad you still feel they may swap the medication or some kind of talking therapy or counselling could really help you

I am not familiar with what kind of support there is over there but talk to as many people as you can about how you are feeling , maybe friends , a tutor , any family member that may seem to be understanding or your doctor & get as much help as you can x
