I'm so annoyed aT myself because I have made the mistake of googling things again and now I'm sat hear imaging all sortsorts ! I have pretty much got myself dead and buried !Why do I do it ??

Berating yourself Wil do nothing positive. Accept that you did it and stop. Tell yourself it is no big deal. You stopped before. You can again. Guilt solves nothing.You gotta let it go and just try again.

It's part of the needing reassurance thing which, thanks to Dr Google always backfires!

The worst thing you can do is to keep looking up the internet as i myself have got the habit of doing that and it causes me a lot of problems ! Im my.own worst enemy so know how you feel.! Please try and avoid.the net and go to your doctor if you feel ill good luck and i hope things imrove for you david x
