Thank you for allowing me into your group. Looking back, I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since I was a young girl. I am doing pretty good at controlling , what I call my freak out moments. I have learned the past few years if I don't "regulate my emotions I will have a very uncomfortable few hours. I have Conversion Disorder and it really hurts once it begins. Anxiety pretty much dictates my life plans. But I have made wonderful progress the past couple of years. I learned to advocate for myself!
Well, it is midnight here which means the keyboard is blurry and time to think about tomorrow.

hi susie, lovely to hear from you, you have done so well with your anxiety, you sound as though you really understand what happens with anxiety hits you, you will probably know about your breathing techniques, they really do work, its good to practise them even when you dont feel panicky, so again well done jasper xx
