I am having a really emotional day but I feel I worked it out pretty well. I feel less pent up with worry and anxiety and less heaviness from sadness.

Awww so cool I hope it works for you...you can also tighten and release each section as you go down if you want. And if you have any specific intention or wish you could add it in there. Best to you my friend.
Thank you for your mindfulness reminder Starrlight. ❤ My day is basically starting & of course anxiety is high & saying stay in bed. There's a few things we would like to do ( clothes shopping & lunch)... I'll do some mindfulness excerises. Just remind ourselves we can do them anytime. Love & hugs Sweetheart.

There’s an app called calm which I downloaded it has some nice meditations and other things on it.
You can subscribe for the whole app. I don’t subscribe but use the free items on it 😊
