Hello

Flu is awful & mix it up with anxiety which most of us feel when we are poorly & we feel twice as bad

Also having to try & deal with children while you are feeling so ill cannot be helping

Is there anyone that could give you a break or help you with them ?

Could you lie on the sofa & maybe put them a movie on while you rest

Hopefully you can get them to bed early & you will be able then to get a good nights rest to

I hope you feel better soon x
