Does ANYONE else have moments whether at work, home or wherever, you can be reading or watching television then all of a sudden you are waking up. It happens to me constantly and im terrified because it scares me. I dont know if its narcolepsy or depression. I have no energy just dozing off ALL day. Please let me know if im alone, please.

Hello,

Yes I have also experienced this problem.

Never really found that depression is the cause, boredom and my strange lifestyle have always been my answer to this.

However if you live with a gas boiler or fire, seriously have them checked out as this can also be a symptom of CO2 poisoning.

Take care
