Can anybody relate?

My symptoms are all over the place. With anxiety I experience every symptom known to man, with depression I have a sense of doom, sadness, eerie feeling. BUT when I try to sleep, I keep waking up jolting out of my sleep or snorting trying to catch my breath but I was told that I do not have sleep apnea. Do any of you guys have weird symptoms at bedtime? Advice please!

Hi Kenya, I think many people deal with sleep issues due to anxiety. Try and going on a nice walk before bed to see if that helps you keep calm prior to bed.

Absolutely. I went through a period where I had sleep paralysis. Then most recently it's been waking up feeling disoriented and a fear I can only describe as a fear of nothing.
