Weird twitching feeling in chest

Hi today I woke up feeling anxious and had a weird twitching spasm like feeling in my left chest kinda In my pec muscle went to the er couple nights ago and had ekg and chest x rays so I don't think it's a chest problem does anyone know what this is? Is causing me more anxiety and I can't calm down

I get various twitches in big muscle groups - chest, bicep, thigh etc after a heavy workout in the gym. Most likely you've overstrained lifting and/or picking something heavy up awkwardly.

Have you tried learning coping techniques when experiencing mini anxiety/attacks attacks?
