I wont lie , I have been able to see the Anxiety site & did see your posts but couldnt reply at the moment ...all will be revealed maybe as soon as tomorrow , so dont leave there , I think you may be happy when you see whats going to happen on there

So anyway back to you

I am so sorry about what has happened , it sounds awful !

For the safety of yourself & your son you need to do this move

I no its not easy & its going to be an upsetting time & yes you will feel anxious but I believe you will be near your family & they will be there to give you support

I am sorry it has come to this & its unfair I no , but I believe everything happens for a reason , we dont always no what that is at the time but later we sometimes realize why

I no you can stay strong & do this & we will all try & support you

Have you been back to see your GP ?

I no you were taking you meds which I admire you for doing , but as you are going through such a tough time they may need changing or a different strength , make an emergency appointment if you can & let them no how you feel

I no we dont like change , & it does affect our anxiety ,but you can do this & need to & you will
